DUE TO THE COVID-19 we are unable to accept open returns. Should you need parts or warranty service please contact us for further direction.


Please read the following carefully to ensure you have a hassle-free return experience.

**PLEASE NOTE** This is extremely important: ensure you get prior authorization to return any goods. When authorizing, we will advise you of the best method of shipping, to avoid excessive fees and charges which would be borne by you.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED FULL RETURN COSTS PLUS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

» Any exchanged/returned merchandise be returned in its original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, all accessories and free gifts. *We are unable to accept open returns at this time*

» Please do not use duct tape or colored tape or write on the item or box unless instructed to do so. Doing this will trigger a minimum 10% restocking fee.

» We reserve the right to refuse returns that are obviously misused/ damaged or not packaged correctly and sustain damage in the return shipping as a result. *We are unable to accept open returns at this time*

» Free Gifts are often conditional upon purchase of a product, and if the product is returned, the Free Gift must also be returned along with it unless it was part of a promotion clearly stating “keep the gift”.

» We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee policy except certain items with specified terms CLEARLY stated on shopping carts. If the product is not available for return it will be clearly stated on your receipt as well. *We are unable to accept open returns at this time*

» Please contact us before returning any items.

» We do not pay for return shipping.

» Only the cost of the product and not the cost of shipping is eligible for a refund.

» Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned products. Please allow us 14 business days after we have received your return to process your refund. You will be notified when your refund has been processed. Your credit card company may take a few more days to post the refund to your card.

Step 1. If you still have your emailed receipt – just “reply” to it requesting return instructions. If you do not have the original email receipt please use the following instructions.

Step 2. Please wait for us to reply to you with further instructions and a RMA number.

**IMPORTANT Note: we do not accept returns unless pre-authorized. This is for your protection. If we are not expecting your return it may not be processed.

To inquire about a specific return transaction already submitted to us please email again, and give details of transaction. Include tracking number and other details if applicable.

Please do not ship packages by any means other than how we indicate when we authorize a return. This is to avoid incurring additional fees and charges which would be borne by you.

Step 3. Returns and Exchanges must be assigned a Return Authorization Number within 30 days after delivery to you. Please note that, on an exchange item, the 30-day period is from delivery of the initial purchase and not from delivery of the exchange item.

Step 4. Be sure to return your item via an insured method and keep a copy of the tracking number until your refund has been processed. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels in transit.
